Inpainting

Inpainting

Inpainting allows you to select which part of an image you want to modify, and it allows the model to make modifications that match the frozen part of the image.

It can be particularly powerful when combined with init images if you want to, for example, add a weapon to a character's hand.

Usage

  1. A new layer called "Inpainting" will be created in your image for you.
  2. Draw black in the inpainting layer where you want the model to make changes.
  3. Create a text prompt describing the full area that the model sees rather than just the marked area. The model sees the entire image or the selected part if you have checked the option "use selection".

Support

Inpainting is supported by multiple tools:

  • Inpaint
  • Style
  • Map
  • Rotate
  • Animation
